• Strong bakery and baking skills, with experience producing consistent, high-quality products.
• Hands-on expertise in food preparation, including accurate measuring, mixing, and handling of ingredients.
• Specific experience making pastry and bakery, with the ability to follow and adjust recipes when needed.
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and safe operation of bakery equipment.
• Prior experience in a commercial bakery or pastry environment is highly beneficial.
• Basic communication skills and willingness to collaborate in a fast-paced kitchen team setting.
