Arthur Culinary Group is seeking a Baker / R&D / Cake Decorator to join its dessert-focused teams in Indonesia. The role involves preparing baked goods, developing new recipes, and decorating cakes to a high standard.

You will ensure ingredient quality, manage storage and collaborate with the team to meet seasonal and customer-driven requests. The position requires a culinary qualification, flexibility to adapt to multiple recipes, and the ability to work both in a team and independently while

Formación

• Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Baking and Pastry or other culinary field.
• Min 1-2 years experience as Baker. Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply.
• Be able to adjust to different recipes, techniques, and workload demands.
• Able to work in a team and individually
• Have a good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good manner and work ethic

Responsabilidades
