Job summary

Cartrack, a leading global SaaS platform, is seeking a passionate Telemarketing Executive to join our Jakarta team. You will conduct outbound calls to prospective corporate clients, generate quotations, and drive pipeline to achieve sales targets while building strong client relationships.

Ideal candidates have a minimum diploma or bachelor's degree, 2+ years in telesales or inside sales, and fluent English.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree from any field.
• Good communication skills in English (preferred)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Telesales, Telemarketing, or Inside Sales (B2B experience is a plus)
• Able to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
• Independent, proactive, positive, hardworking, and target-driven with a strong can-do attitude
• Customer-oriented with strong service mindset

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective corporate clients, generate quotations, follow up systematically, obtain referrals, and ensure assigned sales targets are achieved.
• Collect and complete subscription forms, coordinate signatures, submit agreements to sales administration, and maintain accurate client data in the system.
• Follow up on fitment scheduling, confirm appointments, handle reschedules, and assist clients with service requests including ownership changes, cancellations, billing, and invoicing.
• Distribute marketing materials to build brand awareness, ensure service quality aligns with company policies, and continuously update product, system, and industry knowledge through training.
