Job summary

Blibli.com is seeking a Project Lead Solution to orchestrate end-to-end delivery of strategic B2B projects in a fast-paced e-commerce environment. You will drive initiatives from initiation through go-live, ensuring on-time delivery, within budget, and aligned with customer expectations.

You will collaborate with customers, business and technology teams, manage risks and governance, lead UAT and deployment, and implement continuous improvements to PM processes while maintaining clear stakeholder

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, or Engineering from an accredited university.
• At least 4 years leading technology or digital transformation projects.
• Experience managing enterprise clients or B2B solutions preferred.
• PMP/PRINCE2/Agile certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic B2B projects from initiation to closure.
• Develop plans, schedules, budgets, and timelines.
• Define scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Lead UAT, deployment, go-live and post-implementation support.
• Improve PM methodologies and governance.
