Job summary

Blibli is transforming into a future-ready digital ecosystem, seeking a Key Account Manager (B2B) to grow Mandarin-speaking client relationships in Indonesia. You will manage strategic accounts, drive upsell opportunities, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver tailored IT solutions.

Fluency in Mandarin is mandatory, with 7+ years in B2B sales or key account roles, and a proven revenue track record.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field.
7+ years in B2B sales or key account roles.
Mandarin fluency required.
Proven ability to manage key accounts and meet revenue targets.
Strong negotiation and client management skills.
Experience with Chinese clients is a plus.
Experience in IT solutions, manufacturing, or trading sectors preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage and develop relationships with key B2B clients, including Mandarin-speaking accounts.
Serve as main contact for client communication in Mandarin.
Identify and drive new business opportunities within existing accounts.
Understand client needs and propose tailored business or technical solutions.
Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and lead commercial negotiations.
Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Technical, Operations) to ensure smooth project delivery.
Monitor account performance, customer satisfaction, and retention.
Handle contract renewals, pricing discussions, and SLAs.
Manage sales pipeline, forecasting, and account planning.
