Job summary

PT Java Taiko Drum Industries seeks a dynamic Sales Executive to join in Ngoro, Mojokerto, East Java. This full-time Sales Supervisor will drive local B2B sales for drum packaging products, build strong client relationships, and support overall company growth.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree, at least 2 years in B2B sales (industrial packaging is a plus), strong communication and negotiation skills, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience; industrial packaging experience is an advantage
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
• Good teamwork, integrity, and problem-solving skills
• Capable of preparing and delivering effective sales presentations
• Proficient in spoken English for internal communication
• Possess a valid driver’s license (A or C)
• Willing to be placed in Ngoro - Mojokerto, East Java

Responsibilities

• Drive sales activities by approaching targeted customers and promoting company drum packaging products
• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve assigned sales targets
• Identify customer needs and propose appropriate product solutions
• Negotiate and close sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term relationships
• Maintain accurate sales records, customer data, and activity reports
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely fulfillment of customer requirements
• Provide market feedback and sales insights to management
• Ensure high service standards with zero customer complaints
