Key responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company targets

Identify and develop new customers in the B2B/manufacturing sector

Follow up on prospects, quotations, orders, and customer requirements

Build and maintain long-term business relationships with customers

Monitor sales activities and prepare sales reports and projections

Lead, direct, and evaluate the performance of the Sales team

Coordinate with production, administration, and finance departments regarding order fulfillment

About you

Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales

Experience in B2B sales or manufacturing industry

Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and leadership skills

Accustomed to working based on targets and market development
