Qualifications

• Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Create, develop, and maintain database of prospective customers, companies, distributors, and business partners.
• Conduct research and identify prospective customers from various industries such as manufacturing, logistics, warehousing, retail, and other sectors requiring weighing equipment.
• Actively contact prospective customers through phone, WhatsApp, email, direct visits, and other communication channels to introduce products and services.
• Promote and sell weighing products, including industrial scales, bench scales, floor scales, weighbridges, and other weighing solutions.
• Understand customer needs and recommend products suited to their operational requirements.
• Create price quotations, follow up on customer inquiries and requests, conduct negotiations, and monitor sales processes until transaction completion.
• Build and maintain good relationships with customers to increase repeat purchases and long-term cooperation.
• Achieve company sales targets and contribute to business growth.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure order processing, goods delivery, and after-sales service run smoothly.
• Create sales activity reports, update customer database, and monitor sales opportunity developments regularly.
