Job summary

Barō Bakery in Bali is seeking a full-time B2B Sales Executive to cultivate relationships with cafes, restaurants, hotels, and other businesses that regularly buy our bread, pastries and coffee. You will prospect new clients, present products, prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and manage orders while coordinating with production and delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Strong communication and professional English, plus willingness to travel within Bali, are required to succeed in

Qualifications

• Demonstrated B2B sales experience in F&B/hospitality or related industries.
• Strong relationship-building and account management skills.
• Effective communication and negotiation skills.
• Solid organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple clients and orders.
• Comfort with basic digital tools (email, spreadsheets, CRM).
• Knowledge or interest in artisan bakery products.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new business clients (cafes, restaurants, hotels).
• Conduct product presentations and tastings for potential clients.
• Prepare proposals and negotiate pricing/terms.
• Manage orders and coordinate with production/delivery teams.
• Monitor client satisfaction and respond to inquiries promptly.
• Track sales performance and maintain CRM records.
• Provide feedback to support product development and service improvements.
