Qualifications

• 2+ years of B2B sales experience in electrical equipment or related industries.
• Experience selling transformers, LV/MV switchgears, electrical panels, gensets, or similar products preferred.
• Good understanding of power distribution systems and equipment specifications.
• Ability to translate customer technical requirements into effective proposals.
• Experience preparing quotations and sales documentation.
• Strong business development and customer acquisition abilities.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities for transformers, LV/MV switchgears, panels, gensets, and related equipment.
• Acquire new B2B customers such as EPCs, panel builders, industrial facilities, and commercial projects.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Conduct meetings, site visits, and technical-commercial presentations.
• Coordinate with internal engineering and production teams to address customer requirements.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales documentation.
• Negotiate terms and follow up through the sales cycle.
• Support projects from quotation to after-sales support.
• Travel to customer sites for visits and meetings as needed.
