Job summary

PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia is seeking a driven B2B Sales Executive for on-site recruitment in Tangerang, Indonesia. The role focuses on developing new business, acquiring B2B accounts, and driving project sales of transformers, switchgear, panels, gensets, and related equipment.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years in B2B electrical sales, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to coordinate with engineering and production teams to meet project specifications.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience in electrical equipment or related industry.
• Experience selling transformers, LV/MV switchgears, or similar products preferred.
• Ability to translate customer requirements into solutions and proposals.

Responsibilities

• Identify new B2B opportunities in electrical equipment market.
• Prospect and acquire EPC contractors, panel builders, and utilities.
• Prepare quotations and technical-commercial proposals.
• Present solutions and negotiate with clients.
• Coordinate with engineering and production teams for project fits.
• Maintain active sales pipeline and track project status.
• Travel for customer visits and project meetings.
• Build long-term relationships with key accounts.
