Job summary

PT EVERTECH INTERNATIONAL GROUP in Indonesia seeks a proactive B2B Marketing & Sales Support professional. You will maintain communications with buyers, ensure alignment between buyer requirements and production, and nurture long-term client relationships locally and internationally.

Fresh graduates are welcome; open to all majors. Strong English, MS Office (Excel/PowerPoint), and excellent communication and negotiation skills are required to support marketing activities and business development

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1); Diploma (D3/D4) graduates are welcome to apply

Relevant experience in B2B marketing or manufacturing industry (especially footwear industry) is a plus
Good command of English, both written and spoken, for communication with international clients
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Professional attitude, proactive, and able to work both independently and in a team

Responsibilities

Maintain active and professional communication with buyers (B2B clients), both local and international
Ensure alignment between buyer requirements and production processes, including delivery and product quality
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients (relationship management)
Coordinate buyer requirements with internal teams (Production, PPIC, QA, etc.)
Provide, manage, and analyze data required for marketing purposes and decision-making
Follow up on inquiries, orders, and client feedback in a timely manner
Support marketing activities and business development initiatives
