Job summary

PT EVERTECH INTERNATIONAL GROUP in Indonesia seeks a proactive B2B Marketing & Sales Support professional. You will maintain communications with buyers, ensure alignment between buyer requirements and production, and nurture long-term client relationships locally and internationally.

Fresh graduates are welcome; open to all majors. Strong English, MS Office (Excel/PowerPoint), and excellent communication and negotiation skills are required to support marketing activities and business development

• Relevant experience in B2B marketing or manufacturing industry (especially footwear industry) is a plus
• Good command of English, both written and spoken, for communication with international clients
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Professional attitude, proactive, and able to work both independently and in a team

Responsibilities

• Maintain active and professional communication with buyers (B2B clients), both local and international
• Ensure alignment between buyer requirements and production processes, including delivery and product quality
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients (relationship management)
• Coordinate buyer requirements with internal teams (Production, PPIC, QA, etc.)
• Provide, manage, and analyze data required for marketing purposes and decision-making
• Follow up on inquiries, orders, and client feedback in a timely manner
• Support marketing activities and business development initiatives
