PT FHG TEKSTIL INDONESIA is seeking a driven Marketing professional to join our Demak-based team. In this full-time role, you will drive marketing and communication strategies to support growth objectives.

You will develop campaigns, collaborate with sales, analyse trends, manage digital presence, organise events, and monitor performance to improve results while maintaining a consistent brand identity.

About the role

PT FHG TEKSTIL INDONESIA' is seeking a driven and passionate Marketing professional to join our dynamic team. In this full-time position based in Demak, Central Java, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's marketing and communication strategies to support our growth objectives.

What you'll be doing

Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns across various channels to effectively promote our products and services

Collaborate with the sales team to create compelling sales materials and presentations

Analyse market trends, consumer behaviour and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies

Manage and maintain the company's digital presence, including the website and social media platforms

Organise and coordinate marketing events, trade shows and other promotional activities

Monitor and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, making recommendations for improvement

Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity is maintained across all marketing collateral

What we're looking for

Minimum 1 years of experience in a marketing or communications role, preferably within the manufacturing or B2B industry

Strong understanding of marketing principles and the ability to develop and implement effective campaigns

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences

Creative problem-solving skills and a passion for driving business growth through innovative marketing strategies

Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across departments to achieve shared goals

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Textile, Garment or a related field
