Job summary

PT Strong Group Indonesia is seeking a Sales Assistant in Jakarta to actively pursue sales opportunities, identify customer needs, locate decision makers, arrange appointments, and guide prospects through to closing. The role involves engaging with prospects via WhatsApp, phone, and email and coordinating with internal teams to meet project requirements.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales.
Experience in B2B Sales or Project Sales preferred.
Experience in lighting, electrical, building material, construction, MEP, or project-based business is an added value.
English language communication ability is an added value.

Responsibilities

Contact prospective customers via WhatsApp, telephone, email, and other channels.
Identify customer needs including product type, specifications, quantity, timeline, and project requirements.
Introduce company products and provide offers to prospective customers.
Follow up until clear progress is achieved.
Identify potential customers and arrange appointments/meetings.
Search for and identify decision makers for projects.
Guide the sales process from initial contact to closing/order.
Coordinate with internal teams regarding quotation, pricing, samples, technical specifications, and customer requirements.
Maintain database records and next follow-up actions.
