Job summary

PT Strong Group Indonesia, a B2B lighting solutions company, is seeking a Personal Assistant – Sales Department with proven experience in the lighting industry. You will support the sales team with inquiries, quotations, samples, orders, and project follow-ups while coordinating with customers, suppliers, factories, and partners in Mandarin, English, and Indonesian.

The role requires strong communication, excellent organization, and proficiency in Microsoft Office to prepare quotations and sales

Qualifications

• Must have previous working experience in the lighting / LED lighting industry.
• Experience in lighting sales, project sales, or lighting-related business development.
• Good understanding of LED lighting products and basic lighting specifications.
• Able to communicate in Mandarin, both spoken and written.
• Able to communicate in English for daily business purposes.
• Good command of Bahasa Indonesia.
• Strong sales and customer-handling skills.
• Confident in approaching, communicating with, and following up with customers.
• Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, responsive, detail-oriented, and well organized.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Sales Department in daily sales and business activities.
• Follow up with potential and existing customers regarding inquiries, quotations, samples, orders, and ongoing projects.
• Support the sales team in prospecting and approaching potential customers.
• Communicate with customers, suppliers, factories, and business partners in Mandarin, English, and Indonesian.
• Prepare quotations, sales reports, customer databases, presentations, and other sales documents.
• Maintain and develop relationships with customers, contractors, distributors, consultants, and project partners.
• Coordinate customer visits, meetings, project follow-ups, and sales schedules.
• Assist in communicating product specifications, pricing, and customer requirements.
• Translate and communicate business information between Indonesian and Mandarin-speaking parties.
• Monitor sales opportunities and ensure customer follow-ups are handled properly.
• Support management in sales and business development activities.
