Job summary

PT Kreatifitas Sinergisme Teknoindo (KST) is seeking a seasoned Business Development / B2B Sales professional for Surabaya and surrounding areas. The role focuses on identifying and approaching potential clients across retail, corporate, and manufacturing sectors.

You will build relationships with decision makers, conduct meetings and site surveys, and deliver tailored proposals. Travel across East Java and independent work are expected.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of B2B sales/BD experience, preferably IT or engineering.
• Proven hunter with track record of acquiring new clients.
• Strong network in East Java, especially Surabaya.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Willing to travel across East Java and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential B2B clients in retail, corporate, and manufacturing sectors.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, decision makers, and local business networks.
• Conduct client meetings and site surveys to understand requirements and identify opportunities.
• Prepare and present tailored commercial/technical proposals.
• Handle client objections, negotiate, and drive opportunities through to closing.
• Build relationships with potential channel partners such as interior designers, renovation contractors, and commercial property agents and other.
• Manage the sales pipeline from prospecting to closing and achieve sales targets.
• Ensure smooth handover of confirmed projects to the technical/installation team.
• Provide insights on market opportunities, customer needs, and competitor activities in East Java.
