Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in related industries, focus on modern outlet building material market.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for engagement with B2B clients, retail merchants, and internal teams.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales and marketing targets.
• Proactive and target-oriented, able to translate field data into monthly growth strategies.
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Actively identify and secure new customer accounts and maintain relationships with existing clients.
• Coordinate daily with merchant buyers to feature and optimize Jayco products in outlets.
• Prepare and present monthly reports on market trends, account progress, and marketing initiative effectiveness.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends in the sanitary ware industry to propose campaigns.
• Educate merchant buyers on new Jayco product launches and total bathroom solutions.
