Qualifications

• At least 3 years of B2B sales experience in food, beverage, baking, ingredients, packaging or related manufacturing industries.
• Experience selling ingredients, raw materials, additives, flavorings, packaging materials or similar industrial products is highly preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to develop new business while managing relationships.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities while growing relationships with existing customers across food and related manufacturing sectors.
• Promote products and solutions by understanding customer needs and presenting appropriate recommendations.
• Expand market coverage across Jakarta, Bandung, and Semarang to meet sales targets.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent service and successful execution of requirements.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide regular updates on activities and forecasts.
