Job summary

Hubcycle is seeking a Senior Regional Sales Representative for Indonesia. You will hunt and own your territory, leveraging a deep local network to close deals across all product categories with an immediately active pipeline.

Role requires 10+ years in B2B food ingredients and a proven deal-maker mindset. Fully remote from Indonesia with flexible base and uncapped commissions, aligned to performance and market conditions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of B2B food ingredients experience (sales, trading, or brokerage).
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages a plus.
• Existing network of buyers/distributors in the target market.

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and close deals across Hubcycle product categories in Indonesia.
• Activate and manage a live CRM pipeline within the first month.
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline with upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
