Job summary

Maha Asia in Batam is seeking an Executive/Senior Executive, Client Solutions to support and grow a portfolio of B2B customers through proactive outbound engagement, order generation, quotation follow-up and responsive customer service.

You will work closely with the Singapore-based Client Solutions, Technical, and Business Operations teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• Based in Batam with 1–3 years in telesales, inside sales or customer-facing roles.
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related discipline.
• Experience with order processing or B2B customer support is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Proactively call customers to generate and close orders and meet sales targets.
• Prepare and issue price quotations and follow up on outstanding quotes.
• Coordinate with Singapore teams to ensure on-time order fulfilment.
• Respond promptly to inquiries and provide proactive customer service.
• Record inbound inquiries, opportunities and outcomes in CRM and sales tools.
