Job summary

Dealls – Jobs, CV & Mentoring is seeking a results-driven sales professional in Jakarta to drive new business opportunities. You will identify potential clients, understand their challenges, and propose tailored SaaS/HR tech solutions through discovery meetings and compelling presentations.

You will own the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing, maintain a robust pipeline, and coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills are required.
• Target-driven, persistent, and comfortable working with measurable sales goals.
• High ownership and proactive in moving opportunities forward without constant supervision.
• Strong relationship-building skills and confidence in dealing with senior stakeholders.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple opportunities at the same time.
• Previous experience in B2B sales, business development, SaaS, HR tech, or recruitment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and reach out to potential clients through outbound channels, referrals, networking, and partnerships.
• Understand client needs and recommend the right solution based on their business challenges.
• Conduct discovery meetings, product presentations, and commercial discussions with key decision makers.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and follow-up to negotiation and closing.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline with clear next steps and accurate CRM updates.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth handover and successful client onboarding.
