Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven revenue growth in sales or business development.
• Strong ability to qualify opportunities and develop value propositions.
• Experience building executive-level customer relationships and managing complex deals.
• Demonstrated capability to develop and execute end-to-end BD plans.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve profitable revenue growth.
• Identify new opportunities through prospecting, market development, upselling, cross-selling, and account expansion.
• Lead pipeline across Business Lines and coordinate with Sales to progress opportunities.
• Drive demand generation through customer engagements, briefings, webinars, and events.
• Build relationships with executive buyers and decision-makers to influence purchasing decisions.
• Prepare and guide proposals, bids, and customer presentations with compelling business cases.
