Job summary

Bosch Group in Indonesia is seeking a dynamic Field Sales Executive to lead the Bosch Workshop Partner Program across workshops in the country. You will acquire workshops, provide ongoing support, drive parts pull and promote diagnostic solutions, and generate leads for workshop equipment and ESI tools.

You will promote Bosch campaigns, manage loyalty programs, and hand over qualified leads to the BCS Concept Consultant, following up with workshop deliveries of value-added services.

Qualifications

• Proven field-sales experience, preferably in the automotive aftermarket.
• Good understanding of automotive parts, diagnostics, and workshop equipment.
• Experience working with independent workshops, workshop chains, distributors, or workshop networks.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia, with working knowledge of English.
• Valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the key contact for workshops in the assigned territory in Indonesia.
• Acquire workshops for the Bosch Workshop Partner Program.
• Provide ongoing support to Bosch Workshop Partners.
• Drive Bosch parts pull (sell-out) and promote workshop equipment and diagnostic solutions within the territory.
• Acquire workshops for the Bosch loyalty program.
• Promote and sell Bosch workshop services, including training, Hotline, Remote Diagnostics, Vehicle Health Check (VHC), and Vehicle Care Assistant (VCA).
• Generate leads for workshop equipment and ESI diagnostic tools and complete sales where possible.
• Promote Bosch campaigns covering parts, diagnostics, workshop concepts, and services.
• Generate and validate leads for Bosch Car Service and hand them over to the BCS Concept Consultant.
• Follow up with Bosch Car Service workshops on the delivery of basic value proposition services.
