Titanium in Semarang seeks a customer-focused service representative to welcome clients and handle after-sales activities including service, spare parts, and repair orders. You will provide estimates, coordinate work, and ensure smooth vehicle handovers with clear status updates.

The ideal candidate has a relevant automotive/mechanical background and 1–3 years of experience, strong communication, and a proactive, solution-oriented attitude under pressure.

Qualifications

• Education: Minimum D3 graduate (all majors) or SMA-SMK graduate in automotive/mechanical engineering with relevant experience.
• Work experience: Experience in the automotive field, previous experience as a mechanic or in after-sales dealer operations for a minimum of 1–3 years
• Product knowledge: Master technical knowledge about engines, vehicle components, and the function of each part
• Communication skills: Strong communication ability, patient, friendly, and able to explain technical matters in language easily understood by non-technical people
• Work attitude: Problem-solving skills, customer satisfaction orientation, and ability to work under pressure
