Job summary

PT Mimosa Abadi is seeking a dedicated Service Advisor to join our automotive engineering team on a full-time basis in Pekanbaru, Riau. This role will be the primary liaison between customers and our technical service department, ensuring customer satisfaction and accurate diagnosis of vehicle issues.

You will greet customers, record concerns, provide transparent cost estimates, and coordinate with technicians to ensure work is completed to specification.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Service Advisor or similar customer-facing role in automotive.
• Strong knowledge of automotive systems, vehicle maintenance and common repair procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical information in clear language.
• Fluency in Indonesian and English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and listen to vehicle concerns, recording information in the service management system.
• Diagnose vehicle issues through questioning and initial inspections.
• Provide customers with transparent cost estimates and timelines for service work.
• Coordinate between customers and the technical team to ensure work is completed to specification.
• Manage the service schedule and ensure efficient workflow.
