Job summary

Lazada Group Indonesia is seeking an Assortment Management & Lifecycle Owner to drive a healthy, competitive retail assortment across seller onboarding, incubation, and structured offboarding. You’ll lead frameworks, monitor metrics, and ensure availability and GMV growth.

In this role you will coordinate across Commercial, Pricing, Sales Planning, Supply Chain, and Retail Excellence, delivering actionable analytics, scorecards, and lifecycle playbooks to guide leadership decisions.

Qualifications

Experience in e-commerce assortment or marketplace operations.
Ability to design onboarding and incubation processes.
Strong analytical and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

Own the Retail assortment lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
Define and maintain assortment health frameworks.
Monitor assortment metrics across categories.
Design onboarding frameworks for new sellers and SKUs.
Own incubation phase with milestones and escalation paths.
Manage offboarding criteria based on data and strategy.
Coordinate across Commercial, Pricing, Sales Planning, Supply Chain, and Retail Excellence.
Provide analytics: health reports, scorecards, and trend analysis.
Flag anomalies with context and present findings to stakeholders.
Prepare materials for internal reviews and leadership requests.
