Job summary

LAZADA.CO.ID is seeking an Onboarding & Incubation Analyst (Retail) in Jakarta to manage supplier onboarding and incubation of new SKUs. You will coordinate with Commercial, Legal and Finance to ensure a smooth go-live and proper documentation for new suppliers.

You will maintain data accuracy, track onboarding pipelines, support assortment checks, and help launch campaigns to maximize item performance in Lazada's Retail channel.

Qualifications

• Support the full onboarding process for new suppliers entering the Retail channel.
• Ensure required documents are complete, valid, and compliant before activation.
• Coordinate with Commercial, Legal, and Finance to resolve blockers.
• Track onboarding pipeline status and follow up with suppliers.
• Maintain records of onboarded suppliers, status, and key contacts.
• Drive SKU onboarding and assortment checks to ensure proper listing.
• Validate SKU pricing, stock, and promotions for launch readiness.
• Support campaign participation for new items with Commercial and Marketing.
• Monitor early performance signals and flag items needing intervention.
• Collaborate with Category Managers on incubation alignment with assortment.
