Job summary

SF Indonesia is seeking a Mandarin-speaking Warehouse Operations Assistant Manager to support daily warehouse operations and the setup of new warehouses. This role works closely with cross-functional teams and regional stakeholders to ensure smooth operations in a fast-growing To-C business environment.

Key responsibilities include managing daily warehouse operations, inventory management, order processing and fulfillment; supporting new warehouse setup with SOP alignment and on-site

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse operations or warehouse management.
• Preferably in a To-C / e-commerce environment.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

• Monitor inventory turnover and fulfillment efficiency, and support continuous process improvement.
• Ensure warehouse operations comply with internal standards and local regulations.

Requirements

• Language: Proficient in Indonesian and Mandarin, able to communicate fluently in business and cross-department collaboration.
• Experience: Proven experience in warehouse operations or warehouse management, preferably in a To-C / e-commerce environment.
• Operational Skills: Familiar with order processing, inventory control, and fulfillment processes.
• Competencies: Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, able to work in a fast-paced environment and support both daily operations and new warehouse setup.
