Job summary

Aoltop global indonesia in Tangerang, Indonesia, seeks an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead and optimize all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing and shipping, while ensuring accuracy and strong stock control.

You will monitor KPIs, implement SOPs, manage manpower and schedules, supervise staff, collaborate with Supply Chain, Customer Service, Procurement, and Logistics, uphold safety standards, and drive cost efficiency through data-driven improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, industrial engineering, management or related field.
• 5–7 years in warehouse operations; 2–3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong experience with inventory management and process optimization.
• Proficient with MS Excel and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all warehouse operational activities including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping.

Job description

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in warehouse operations.
• Minimum 2–3 years in a leadership position as Supervisor, Assistant Manager, or Warehouse Manager.
• Strong experience in inventory management and warehouse process optimization.
• Familiar with WMS (Warehouse Management System), ERP, or inventory systems.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Strong leadership and people management capability.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
• Experience handling high-volume operations is preferred.
• Placement in Jatake, Tangerang.
