Job summary

Apical seeks a Warehouse Supervisor in Jakarta to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensure inventory accuracy, and drive efficiency in our food manufacturing supply chain. You will lead warehouse staff, coordinate with Production, Procurement, and Logistics, and uphold GMP/HACCP and safety standards.

Responsibilities include supervising receiving, storage, and dispatch, maintaining stock integrity, and implementing FIFO/FEFO controls using WMS and SAP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, industrial engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years of warehouse operations experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, material handling, and FIFO/FEFO inventory management.

• Ensure compliance with GMP/HACCP and occupational health and safety regulations.
• Monitor warehouse performance indicators, prepare reports, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
