Job summary

Cassandra Villas by VIBE Development in Bali seeks an active Assistant Villa Manager to lead daily operations, welcome guests, coordinate housekeeping, and support purchasing, inventory and F&B. This hands-on role offers a path to Villa Manager or Hotel Operations Manager, with leadership across Rooms, Guest Experience, Housekeeping, Purchasing and F&B.

You will work with the management team to build a well-organized, guest-focused, commercially successful property, ensuring standards through

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of experience in villa, hotel, resort or serviced-apartment operations.
• Previous supervisory or duty-management experience preferred.
• Strong English communication skills; additional languages advantageous.
• Comfortable using WhatsApp, email, spreadsheets and hotel systems.
• Available to work flexible shifts, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main contact for guests before, during and after stay via WhatsApp, phone, email and bookings.
• Welcome guests with warm, efficient arrival experience and anticipate needs.
• Coordinate housekeeping and maintenance for villa readiness.
• Oversee F&B outlet operations, service prep, opening and closing.
• Manage purchase requests, quotations, supplier communication and delivery schedules.
• Prepare duty rosters and conduct daily briefings.
• Conduct property inspections and take charge during Manager's absence.
