This role plays a key part in overseeing daily store activities, enforcing company standards, and creating a positive shopping experience for customers while driving business growth.

Key responsibilities

Oversee outlet administrative activities, including cashier operations and weekly stock-taking (stock opname) processes.

Supervise daily outlet operations to ensure compliance with company standards and procedures.

Ensure stock availability and maintain the implementation of the 5R (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) principles within the outlet.

Manage and develop outlet personnel to support smooth operations and achieve business targets.

About you

Bachelor's degree (S1) in any field.
