Key responsibilities

Lead and supervise all store operations

Ensure store sales targets are achieved

Manage, develop, and evaluate store employee performance

Control stock, display, and store cleanliness

Conduct sales analysis and prepare regular reports

Manage cash handling and ensure transactions follow SOP

About you

Minimum 3 years experience in retail

Minimum 1 year experience as Supervisor/Store Head/Store Manager

Strong leadership and team management capabilities

Comprehensive understanding of retail store operations

Ability to analyze sales and achieve store targets

Proficiency in stock management, display, and merchandising

Knowledge of POS systems and store administration

Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills

Target-oriented work approach
