Job summary

Supervise daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and stock management

Lead and motivate store team members, providing coaching, training and performance feedback

Ensure consistent implementation of company policies, procedures and visual merchandising standards across assigned stores

Monitor and maintain store cleanliness, safety standards and compliance with health and hygiene regulations

Manage inventory levels, conduct stock checks and coordinate with head office on stock replenishment

Deliver outstanding customer service and address customer concerns professionally and promptly

Analyse sales performance, identify trends and implement strategies to achieve sales targets

Participate in training programmes designed to develop your management and leadership capabilities

Report on store performance metrics and communicate findings to senior management

Support the recruitment, induction and development of new team members

What we're looking for:

Fresh Graduate from Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any discipline, with strong academic performance

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with team members and customers

Strong organisational and time management abilities with proven capability to manage multiple priorities

Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and public holidays as required by retail operations

Enthusiasm for retail, strong work ethic and commitment to delivering exceptional results

Willingness to travel and relocate within Bali as required
