Job summary

Erajaya Swasembada Tbk is seeking an Assistant Store Manager/Store Manager F&B in Indonesia. The role requires a minimum of 4 years’ experience in store operations, with strong leadership and team supervision abilities to drive daily store performance.

You will monitor operations, manage scheduling and SOP implementation, oversee stock control and cost monitoring, and ensure accurate financial reporting while achieving sales KPIs and delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in store operations.
• Experience in coaching, training and performance evaluation.
• Strong leadership and manpower supervision experience.
• Proven ability to monitor daily store operations and ensure operational excellence.
• Good understanding of scheduling, discipline management and SOP implementation.
• Experienced in stock control, inventory management and cost monitoring.
• Capable of handling financial administration and ensuring reporting accuracy.
• Target-oriented with experience achieving sales and business KPIs.
• Excellent customer service and complaint handling skills.
• Willing to be placed in Medan or Makassar area.
