Job summary

PT Trust Recruit Indonesia is seeking an Assistant Sales Project Manager (Ceramic Tiles or Door Hardware) to support the Sales Project Manager in driving project sales and development. This role focuses on identifying opportunities, building stakeholder relationships, and coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure project success.

Ideal candidates will have strong communication and leadership skills, with experience in customer follow-up and relationship management with project stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum D3/Diploma or S1/Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.

Job description

Assistant Sales Project Manager (Ceramic Tiles or Door Hardware)

Support the Sales Project Manager in managing and developing project sales activities.

Requirements

Minimum D3/Diploma or S1/Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.

2–4 years of experience in Project Sales, Sales Projects, Building Materials, Ceramic Tiles, Door Hardware, or a related industry.

Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.

Good leadership skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Experienced in customer follow-up and relationship management with project-related stakeholders.

Target-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.

Willing to conduct customer visits and business trips as required.
