Job summary

PT. Angkasa Surya Abadi is seeking a capable professional with a background in Architecture or Civil Engineering to develop construction project opportunities across villas, luxury houses, and commercial buildings.

The role requires 3–5 years in construction and a strong network among architects, consultants, developers, or contractors. You will collaborate with Engineering and Content teams, manage project flow from design through tender and contract stages, and work toward hitting sales

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
• 3–5 years in the construction industry.
• Willing to join a 3-month training in Surabaya.
• Willing to be placed in Surabaya, Jakarta, or Bali.

Responsibilities

• Develop construction project opportunities, including villas, sports facilities, luxury houses, etc.
• Identify potential projects in apartments, hotels, and other commercial building sectors.
• Collaborate with Engineering team and Content Creators in preparing technical proposals.
• Manage project flow from design, planning, tender, to contract stages.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company’s business development.

Job description

Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) from any major (background in Architecture or Civil Engineering is a plus)

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the construction industry. Candidates with experience in interior design companies, developers, or the property industry are encouraged to apply.

Preferably has a strong network among architects, consultants, developers, or contractors.

Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.

Proactive, target-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.

Willing to join a 3 month training program in Surabaya.

Willing to be placed in Surabaya, Jakarta, or Bali.
