Job summary

Mercure Serpong Alam Sutera is seeking an Assistant Sales Manager (Corporate Segment) to drive corporate revenue by developing, managing, and expanding relationships with key accounts. You will negotiate contracts, coordinate with internal teams to ensure superior service, and represent the hotel at sales calls and events.

Ideal candidates will have 1–2 years in hotel sales, a related degree, and strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business admin, marketing, or related field.
• 1–2 years of hotel sales experience, preferably with corporate or key accounts.
• Strong understanding of the corporate market segment and hotel sales strategies.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage corporate contracts and negotiations.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and hotel sales systems.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.

Job Description

The Assistant Sales Manager (Corporate Segment) is responsible for driving corporate business revenue by developing, managing, and expanding relationships with corporate clients and key accounts. This role focuses on achieving sales targets through strategic account management, market analysis, contract negotiation, and close coordination with internal departments to ensure excellent service delivery. The Assistant Sales Manager actively identifies new business opportunities, maintains strong client relationships, and represents the hotel in sales calls, networking events, and corporate functions to strengthen market presence and maximize room and revenue performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in hotel sales, preferably handling corporate or key accounts.
• Strong understanding of the corporate market segment and hotel sales strategies.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage corporate contracts and negotiations.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and hotel sales systems.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
