• Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple accounts, follow-up activities, and sales administrative tasks
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Proficiency in conversational English
• Proficiency in basic office software (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, presentations) and familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and a willingness to be on-site in Tangerang daily
