Job summary

InterContinental Bali Sanur Resort in Bali’s Sanur beachfront is seeking an Assistant Rooms Division Manager to lead the Guest Services Team and ensure an exceptional guest experience aligned with Brand Standards.

You will assist in supervising Housekeeping operations, coach team members, and collaborate with Reservations to maximize occupancy and revenue while maintaining SOPs and safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree / higher education qualification / equivalent in Hotel Management/Business Administration, or equivalent.
• 3 years’ related experience in the same role, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• A positive and keen to learn attitude.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Guest Services Team and oversee Guest Experience in line with Brand Standards.
• Assist in supervising Housekeeping operations and SOPs.
• Coordinate with Reservations to maximize occupancy and revenue and provide forecasts.
• Drive cross-departmental efficiencies between Front Office and Housekeeping.
