Responsibilities

• Ensure staff work together as a team to provide optimum service and meet guest needs.
• Inspect grooming and attire of staff; rectify deficiencies; complete opening and closing duties.
• Inspect storage areas for organization, FIFO use, and cleanliness; complete inventories and requisition supplies.
• Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating employees; be a role model.
• Follow safety policies and protect company assets; maintain confidentiality and guest focus.
