Job summary

Mamaka Hotels & Resorts in Bali is seeking an Assistant Front Office Manager to lead the Front Office team and elevate guest experiences from arrival to departure, while upholding brand standards across all guest touchpoints.

You will support the Front Office Manager in daily operations, handle guest requests with professionalism, coach the team, and ensure seamless coordination with Housekeeping, Reservations, Security, and other departments.

Qualifications

• Experience as Duty Manager or Assistant Front Office Manager in hospitality.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Guest-oriented mindset with problem-solving abilities.
• Experience coordinating with Housekeeping, Reservations, Security and other departments.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the Front Office team and ensure seamless service delivery.
• Handle guest requests and concerns professionally and promptly.
• Drive team performance and support training and development.
• Lead Front Office operations in the manager's absence and uphold brand standards.
