Job summary

Desa Potato Head Bali seeks an Assistant Restaurant Manager to lead day-to-day restaurant operations and help create thoughtful, memorable guest experiences. This role reports to the Restaurant Manager and sits at the intersection of service excellence, operational discipline, team development and guest experience.

A major part of the role is leading the floor from the first table seated to the final close-out, guiding the team through each service, upholding standards behind every guest

Qualifications

• 3+ years in hospitality in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Experience in beach club or lifestyle hospitality is a plus.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Guest experience focus and guest engagement.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily venue operations, ensuring exceptional service standards and memorable guest experiences in a fast-paced environment.
• Lead, coach, and develop the team to deliver consistent service, operational excellence, and a strong guest-focused culture.
• Drive operational performance through effective planning, shift leadership, and collaboration across departments.
• Support special events, activations, and seasonal initiatives while maintaining health, safety, and sustainability standards.
