A major part of the role is leading the floor from the first table seated to the final close-out, guiding the team through each service, upholding standards behind every guest

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years in hospitality in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Experience in beach club or lifestyle hospitality is a plus.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

About The Job

We are looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager to lead the day-to-day rhythm of restaurant operations and help create thoughtful, memorable guest experiences. This is an assistant management role, reporting to the Restaurant Manager, at the intersection of service excellence, operational discipline, team development and guest experience.

A major part of the role is leading the floor from the first table seated to the final close-out. The Assistant Restaurant Manager will guide the team through each service, uphold the standards behind every guest interaction and support the special events, activations and seasonal moments that bring the Desa's dining experience to life.

What You Bring

• At least 3 years of experience in hospitality within a supervisory or managerial role
• Experience in beach club, lifestyle hospitality, food & beverage, or guest experience operations
• Strong leadership, communication, and guest engagement skills
• Hands-on, adaptable, and comfortable leading teams in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
