Job summary

Luna Beach Club Bali is seeking an experienced hospitality supervisor to oversee day-to-day service operations at the Luna Beer Garden venue in Bali. You will lead and coach the service team to deliver exceptional guest experiences and ensure SOPs are followed.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will coordinate with kitchen, bar, and other departments, manage scheduling, and address guest requests with a proactive, hands-on approach in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of hospitality experience, with supervisory/management exposure.
• Strong knowledge of food & beverage service and outlet operations.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop a service team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of English.
• Guest-oriented with a solid understanding of hospitality standards.
• Hands-on, proactive, and confident in decision-making during operations.
• Able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Flexible to work on weekends and public holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily service operation at Luna Beer Garden venue.
• Lead, supervise, and motivate the service team to deliver consistent and excellent guest experiences.
• Ensure service standards, SOPs, and outlet procedures are properly implemented.
• Conduct daily briefings and provide coaching and guidance to the team.
• Monitor team performance, attendance, grooming, and discipline.
• Ensure smooth coordination between the service team, kitchen, bar, and other departments.
• Handle guest requests, feedback, and operational issues professionally.
• Monitor the floor and ensure the outlet is always service-ready.
• Assist with stock, equipment, cleanliness, and overall outlet readiness.
• Support scheduling and manpower planning according to business needs.
• Identify operational challenges and provide practical solutions.
• Prepare and communicate operational updates and reports to the Operations Manager.
• Take of the overall service flow and team performance during operations.
