Job summary

Blue Bird Group in Jakarta is seeking a Training Specialist to design, deliver, and supervise driver training for new and active drivers, ensuring safety and service excellence. The role collaborates with operations to identify training needs, develops materials on defensive driving and customer service, and evaluates program effectiveness through feedback and performance metrics.

The candidate will lead training initiatives, mentor trainers, and prepare reports to drive program improvements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any major.
• Minimum 3 year of experience in training, learning & development, or employee development.
• Proficient in using training tools such as PowerPoint, e-learning platforms, and other training applications.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to design, implement, and evaluate training programs.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver training programs directly to drivers, both for new drivers and active drivers, to enhance competencies and maintain high service standards.
• Supervise the implementation of training activities at the Training Center to ensure they are conducted in accordance with the established curriculum, safety standards, and company procedures.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs by monitoring training outcomes, collecting participant feedback, and reviewing driver performance indicators in operations.
• Collaborate with the operations team to identify driver training needs in line with business developments and company service standards.
• Develop training materials covering defensive driving, customer service, route knowledge, and the use of operational support technologies.
• Manage and develop trainers/instructors to ensure the quality and consistency of training delivery.
• Prepare training reports and provide recommendations for training program improvements to management.
