Job summary

Bluebirdgroup is seeking an Assistant Manager Training Center in Jakarta to design, develop, and deliver driver training, ensuring high service standards and safety compliance across the fleet. You will supervise training center activities, evaluate program outcomes, and collaborate with operations to tailor curricula to business needs, routes, and tech tools.

A bachelor’s degree and at least three years in training or learning and development, with strong communication and presentation skills,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in any major is required.
Minimum 3 years in training or L&D.
Proficient with PowerPoint and e-learning tools.
Strong communication and presentation abilities.
Ability to design and evaluate training programs.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deliver training programs for drivers, new and active.
Supervise training center activities to ensure curriculum and safety compliance.
Evaluate training effectiveness using outcomes and driver performance metrics.
Collaborate with operations to identify training needs aligned with service standards.
Develop materials on defensive driving, customer service, routes, and tech tools.
Manage trainers and prepare reports with improvement recommendations.
