Job summary

Dash Electric is seeking a Logistics Operations Coordinator to monitor and coordinate day-to-day logistics for the 4W squad, ensuring smooth and timely service delivery across shipments and drivers. You will track progress, coordinate with clients and warehouses, and resolve issues to minimize disruptions.

The role requires 1–2 years in logistics operations, a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a related field, and strong Excel or Sheets skills for tracking and reporting.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in logistics operations, transportation, supply chain, or a similar role.
• Familiarity with day-to-day logistics processes, shipment monitoring, and delivery coordination.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for operational tracking, data management, and reporting.
• Strong coordination and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle operational issues in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and coordinate day-to-day logistics operations for the 4W squad to ensure smooth and timely service delivery.
• Track shipment progress, vehicle availability, driver assignments, and operational performance to ensure deliveries meet service requirements.
• Coordinate with drivers, clients, warehouse teams, and other operational stakeholders to resolve delivery issues and minimize operational disruptions.
• Identify operational bottlenecks, investigate delivery discrepancies, and follow up on incidents, delays, and other operational issues.
• Maintain accurate operational data, update tracking records, and prepare regular reports on shipment status, operational performance, and key issues.
• Support the implementation and improvement of operational processes to enhance efficiency, service quality, and productivity.
• Ensure daily operations comply with established procedures, client requirements, and applicable operational standards.
• Perform other operational tasks and support business needs as required.

Nice to Have:

Experience in a logistics company, freight forwarding, trucking, or transportation service provider.

Experience in a Control Tower, warehouse operations, fleet operations, or last-mile delivery environment.

Familiarity with Transportation Management Systems (TMS), Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), or other logistics operations platforms.

Experience handling delivery exceptions, shipment discrepancies, and operational performance reporting.
