If that includes you, get in touch.(Key Responsibilities):To support day-to-day servicing and administration in respect of allocated clients in a timely, technically accurate and cosTo support day-to-day servicing and administration in respect of allocated clients in a timely, technically accurate and cost-effective manner as well as to ensure the smooth and speedy settlement of clients’ claims.To maintain income by retaining existing clients and expanding the additional income where possible.Develops and maintains positive professional relationships with clients and insurers.Provides broking and administrative services to clients, advice and information to those areas in which you are knowledgeable and competent, otherwise seeking advice as appropriate.Ensures that company procedures and systems are followed and reviewed.Process and manages renewal process, negotiate and placing cover on best terms where appropriate.Checks policy documents (including endorsements) for accuracy prior to delivery to clients.Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.Supporting & monitoring and instruction the administration tasks for administration staffsBeing the consultant & coaching for team membersRecruits the new cases and manages new business from quotation through placement.Support some special projects assigned by Head of Employee Benefitst-effective manner as well as to ensure the smooth and speedy settlement of clients’ claims.
